As an experienced therapist I understand that there are numerous modalities that can offer healing opportunities and bring about positive change. Along with traditional talk therapy I offer clients the invaluable opportunity to explore their inner-most Self in the context of life as a spiritual journey, and the opportunity to befriend their body to access the wisdom held within.
